Celebrating 2 Years with Paris Apothecary!

We’re a little late celebrating, but we couldn’t let it go by without recognizing Mardi Kraft, PharmD, on her 2-year anniversary with Paris Apothecary!

Mardi celebrated 2 years with us on September 2nd, and we are so grateful for the knowledge, dedication, and care she brings to our team and our patients every day.

New Roof, Fresh Start!

Our new roof at the Paris Apothecary Complex was completed last week!

It may not be the most noticeable update from the outside, but it’s an important investment in keeping our building protected, safe, and looking great for years to come.

Paris Apothecary Supports CASA for KIDS of Paris, Texas

Some of our Paris Apothecary crew had the privilege of attending the CASA for KIDS of Paris Fiesta Fundraiser last Saturday, and we were reminded of just how important this organization is to the children in our community.

CASA FOR KIDS of Paris provides trained volunteers who advocate for children who have been removed from their homes because of abuse or neglect. CASA volunteers are a consistent voice for these children, helping ensure their needs are heard and that they have someone in their corner while navigating the foster care system.

And the need is desperate.

Lamar County currently has approximately 100 children in foster care — but only 7 foster homes.

That means there are children in our community who desperately need safe, loving homes and adults willing to stand up for them.

CASA needs:
💙 CASA volunteers to advocate for children
🏡 Foster parents willing to open their homes
💰 Financial support to help CASA continue its work
📣 Community members willing to SHARE their mission and needs

Maybe you aren't able to foster. Maybe volunteering isn't possible right now. But you can share this post. You never know who in your circle may be able to open their home, become a CASA volunteer, or provide financial support.

One share could put this message in front of the person who can make a difference in a child's life.

Every child deserves a safe home, a caring adult, and someone who will speak up for them.💙

Happy 6th Anniversary, Debbie!

Help us celebrate Debbie Wolfe, RPhT, on 6 wonderful years with Paris Apothecary!

Debbie joined us in 2020, during a challenging time, and stepped into the pharmacy world with a willingness to learn and grow. After 15 years in retail, she brought her love of people and her heart for helping others to our team.

We’re so thankful for the dedication, care, and family spirit Debbie brings to Paris Apothecary every day. We’re proud of all she has accomplished and grateful to have her as part of our pharmacy family!

Yesterday was a very special day for Cheyenne Snodgrass as she received her white coat at the UT Tyler School of Pharmacy White Coat Ceremony.

This ceremony marks the official beginning of Cheyenne's journey toward earning her Doctor of Pharmacy degree. As an incoming pharmacy student, she received her UT Tyler white coat and joined her classmates in reciting the Pledge of Professionalism — a meaningful commitment to patient care, clinical excellence, and the responsibility that comes with becoming a pharmacist.

We couldn't be more proud of Cheyenne and all the hard work, dedication, and determination that brought her to this moment. There will be plenty of studying, long days, challenges, and new experiences ahead, but we know she is ready for the journey.

For now, we are celebrating this incredible accomplishment and the beginning of an exciting new chapter.

Congratulations, Cheyenne! We are so proud of you and can't wait to watch you grow into the amazing pharmacist we know you will become.

Help us celebrate Evan Essary on his 1-year anniversary with Paris Apothecary!

This week is extra special because Evan officially became a Pharmacy Technician in Training! We’re excited to watch him continue learning and growing as part of our pharmacy team.

Evan is currently attending Paris Junior College, where he is majoring in Psychology. When he’s not working or studying, he enjoys playing guitar and spending time with his friends and family.

We’re thankful to have Evan as part of the Paris Apothecary family and can’t wait to see what the next year brings!
