The Freak Fair did not disappoint one bit. What a great show. The best I ever heard any of these bands sound. All dialed in and serenading the entire venue, the whole City of Ionia heard this Billy Show and the message was well received. Good people. I needed that experience in my life. Thank you Freak Fair and all the friends who rolled out.

Checking on this batch of apple c***r vinegar 🍎
Fermentation is rocking. The bubbling you see is from the acetic acid bacteria reacting with oxygen to make this vinegar through time. We got a long ways to go yet 🧪

Evening Primrose 🌼
I let this one grow massive because I noticed it’s a great trap plant for Asian Beetles during the day, but the plant continues to thrive next to my wood boiler regardless. No help whatsoever just watching nature do work daily.

Apple C***r Vinegar Day 🍎

Wild-grown apples from my friend’s backyard! We’re mashing them up and fermenting them with sugar and well water for a couple of weeks in these pickle barrels. Then I’ll strain out the apples and add some of the vinegar mother (SCOBY) from our previous batches for a long-term fermentation.

We let our vinegar ferment and mature for at least a year before using it 🌿🍎✨
