Here’s what we recommend ⤵️

✨ Botox/Dysport: aim for 2+ weeks before
✨ Filler: give yourself 2–4 weeks for everything to settle
✨ Light microneedling: around 2+ weeks
✨ Lasers/RF microneedling/biostimulators: think 4+ weeks, and potentially longer depending on the treatment
✨ Facials/dermaplaning: can usually be done closer to the event

In general, 2–4 weeks is a good minimum window for many noninvasive treatments, but the ideal timing depends on exactly what you’re having done.
