I want to introduce you to someone.
Her name is Jean Marie. She's 77, and she lives alone on the Navajo Nation near Tonalea, Arizona, about a hundred miles from the nearest grocery store.
No indoor plumbing, but she has propane, electricity, and firewood for heat and cooking. She raises sheep and a horse, keeps a few dogs, dresses traditionally in clothing she makes herself, and weaves rugs by hand that she sells each year at a show here in Park City.
I sponsor Jean Marie through Adopt-A-Native-Elder, anelder.org, an organization that drives thousands of pounds of food and sundries to hundreds of Navajo elders twice a year. I've volunteered with packing supplies at their warehouse, working their annual Rug Show, and learning these precious elders' stories a little at a time.
Starting September 14th, my weekly breathwork sessions move online as Monday Night Reset -every Monday evening, approximately 90 minutes, from wherever you are.
To launch it right, the first three sessions (Sept 14, 21, 28) are by donation to Adopt-A-Native-Elder. Give what feels right, straight to them - I don't touch the money. In October, sessions move to their regular rate.
Same 9D Breathwork journeys I've been leading in person for months: conscious connected breathing, layered sound frequencies, and guided somatic work designed to shift your nervous system out of chronic stress - not just talk about it.
This is for the people who look like they have it together and are quietly running on empty. You don't need to explain anything or believe in anything walking in. You just need to breathe.
Three sessions, one cause, spots open now - see the schedule & register with the link below. BREATHE FOR THE ELDERS.
