Since starting her journey back into the gym, Dr. Sarah has been putting in the work — and those squat numbers are climbing FAST. 💪

Hangin’ w/ Hannah is our Bungee Intro...designed specifically to get you comfortable in the harness BEFORE jumping into a full Bungee fitness class.

Hannah will help you:
✨ Get properly fitted in your harness
✨ Learn Bungee safety
✨ Get comfortable with the equipment
✨ Practice the basic moves
✨ Learn how to trust the Bungee
✨ And realize… YOU CAN DO THIS! 😍

No pressure to keep up with a class. No worrying about already knowing what you’re doing.
