Women are 27 percent less likely to receive CPR from a bystander than men because of concerns of inappropriate touching, exposing the chest or accusations of sexual assault.

Our instructors are aligned with the American Heart Association through the MN State Multi-Regional Training Center and HeartCert Training Center. We are also aligned with Red Cross. February was not as busy of a month for hosting courses, but the courses that were had went smooth smoothly and everyone walked away happy!! that’s the goal after all, making sure people enjoy the classes and take some nuggets of information back with them.
