Memory loss that disrupts daily life.

Difficulty planning or solving problems. Confusion with time or place.

If you're noticing changes in yourself or someone you love, trust your instincts.

Early detection matters — not because there's a cure, but because early support changes everything: access to resources, time to make decisions, and a chance to get ahead of the journey.

June is Alzheimer's and Brain Awareness Month — and we're dedicating this entire month to raising awareness, sharing education, and supporting families navigating this journey.

One in three seniors dies with Alzheimer's or another dementia. Behind that number is a real person. A real family. A real story.

This month, we're using our platform to shed light on what matters most — and to remind you that you don't have to face any of this alone.

Aging in place is more than a preference — it is a right worth supporting.
On Tuesday, June 16, join the National Aging in Place Council (NAIPC) for a CEU program designed for case managers, RNs, LSWs, LCSWs, and CSAs who work alongside older adults every day.
Speaker Jenny Novy, Gerontologist at Amada Senior Care NorthShore, will walk through the resources, community partnerships, and funding models that make safe, person-centered aging at home possible — including recent CMS changes, hospital readmission strategies, and end-of-life planning frameworks.

Women's health is complex. Full stop.
Hormones, cycles, mental health, cardiovascular risk, autoimmune patterns — these systems don't operate in isolation, and neither should your care.

Women deserve providers who understand the whole picture, not just the presenting symptom.

Yet too many women spend years searching for someone who truly listens. Someone who connects the dots. Someone who treats the whole person, not a checklist.

That is exactly what Allegiance Patient Advocates do.

We help you identify and access providers with a genuine, informed interest in women's health — specialists who see the intricate ways your body's systems interact, and who bring that understanding into every conversation with you.

This Women's Health Month, we close with this: you are not too complicated. You are not too sensitive. You are not imagining it. You simply need the right provider in your corner.

We can help you find them.

This Women's Health Month, let's talk about the invisible weight.

Our Allegiance Patient Advocates step in as your dedicated healthcare partner. We coordinate care, manage communications, navigate insurance, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks — so you don't have to carry it all alone.

You deserve support too. 💙

May is Women's Health Month — and we want to talk about something beyond the checklist.

So many women come to us saying the same thing: "My tests came back normal, but I still don't feel right." That feeling is real. And it deserves more than a shrug.

Our Board-Certified Patient Advocates are RNs who listen to the full picture — your symptoms, your history, your instincts. We help you ask better questions, navigate confusing answers, and make sure your voice is heard in every room.

You know your body best. We're here to help you make sure your care reflects that.

Is your parent seeing multiple doctors, going in and out of the hospital, or taking a growing list of medications — and no one seems to be managing the full picture?

You might be doing it all yourself. And it's exhausting.
Here are 4 signs your parent needs a patient advocate — swipe through to see if any of these feel familiar.

Sign #1: No one is coordinating your parent's doctors appointments
Sign #2: Multiple hospitalizations with no clear follow-up plan
Sign #3: Medications are piling up and no one's tracking them
Sign #4: You feel lost after every doctor's appointment

If you recognized even one of these signs, care is already falling through the cracks — and it doesn't have to.

At Allegiance Patient Advocacy, our RN advocates step in to coordinate care, track medications, attend appointments, and make sure nothing gets missed.

Choosing a facility for Mom or Dad shouldn't be a guessing game.

Skilled nursing. Memory care. Assisted living. Rehab.

The vocabulary alone is overwhelming — and the wrong choice costs precious time, money, and peace of mind.

For 14 years, our board-certified RN advocates have walked Chicagoland families through this exact decision. We know the facilities firsthand. We tour with you. We ask the questions you don't yet know to ask. And we help you choose with clear eyes instead of a panicked clock.

Whether it's a sudden hospital discharge or a slow, dawning realization that home isn't safe anymore — you don't have to figure this out alone.

Between work calls, school pickups, and your own life — there's a phone that keeps ringing. Mom's cardiologist. Dad's pharmacy. The insurance company. Again.

You love them. You want to be there for every appointment, every decision, every detail. But you also have a job, a family, a life that doesn't pause when a new diagnosis arrives.

This is exactly why Allegiance Patient Advocacy exists.

For 14 years, our board-certified registered nurse advocates have stepped into that gap for Chicagoland families. We attend the appointments. We ask the questions you didn't know to ask. We coordinate the medications, fight the insurance denials, navigate the facility transitions, and translate the medical-speak into plans you can actually understand.

You don't have to choose between being a good son or daughter and being a present parent, partner, or professional. You can be both — with the right advocate by your side.

Your health. Your choice. Our commitment.
