Last night the outdoor garden was hit by golf ball size hail. This morning I went to access the damage. It was a surprise to see plants still standing. Lost a lot of bell peppers but plants seem ok and beets don't look to great either. My cherry tomatoes plants are looking good considering what they endured.

The peppers are showing off this year. I tried a new variety and I'm very pleased with them. These are headed for Invictus Pizza Kitchen tomorrow. Go support them and know the peppers are locally grown, non GMO and never sprayed with a chemical. Thank you Invictus Pizza Kitchen for supporting this local farmer!❤️

Jalapenos, garlic, shallots & eggs are available for ur 4th of July party needs. Egg special is $2/doz. $3/18 count. Jalapenos are the perfect size to make jalapeno poppers. I can deliver tomorrow in the local area of Parker.

Parker Farmers Market is this coming Saturday (May 30th) at Heritage Park at the Parker Fair grounds 10-2.
I will be there with a some pints of pickled beets, regular raw beets, shallots and green onion starts. Come check it out and enjoy some fun, food and support local vendors. Bingo will be 11am-noon at the band shelter in Heritage Park. All proceeds will go for improvements to Heritage Park.

This past Monday Lincoln County CFEL (Community & Family Extension Leaders) came out to tour the greenhouse. It was cool and rainy outside but inside was just perfect. Thank you ladies for making the journey to Parker asking great questions and letting me share my hearts pleasure with you!

Tomorrow is the kick off for Farmers market season. Load up the neighborhood and come see us and support ur local farmers and vendors. There is food trucks, kids activities and Bingo from 11-12. All at Heritage village at the fair grounds. I will be bringing beets, spring onions, shallots and farm fresh free range eggs. Stop by and check it out!!!
