SOUND ON!
Monday energy was rock bottom so Iris Campos-Giaquinto and I, just laughed our way through the whole session instead.
Cried-laughing during squats, forgot what we were even training for, somehow still got the workout in 😂
Not every day has to be a main character moment — some days you just survive with jokes and gains.

For 5 years, this superstar and I have been sweating together on Zoom—3 times a week, almost never missing a workout. 💪

Today was the very first time we met in real life… and obviously we went straight for the dramatic, leg-pop, “we-just-won-a-trophy” pose.

your consistency, loyalty, and energy blow me away.
You’ve shown up through busy weeks, life stuff, and all the Wi‑Fi glitches—and seeing you in person today felt like meeting a long-distance bestie I already knew.
From tiny Zoom squares to big real-life hugs… this is what I love most about my job: strong women who just keep showing up.
