Join us for a peaceful evening meditation at My Happy Place Sanctuary, created especially for caregivers carrying the quiet weight of compassion fatigue and burnout. As the sun begins to set and nature settles into stillness, you'll be guided through a gentle practice focused on self-care and releasing what you've been holding for others. There's something uniquely calming about meditating alongside our rescued horses — their steady, grounded presence invites the nervous system to finally soften. This is your time to exhale, to be cared for, and to be soothed by the peaceful rhythm of the herd. All levels welcome; no experience necessary.

This guided meditation takes place outdoors, in the soothing company of our sanctuary horses, whose quiet presence has a way of easing the mind and opening the heart. As the light softens and the herd grazes nearby, we'll guide you through a grounding practice perfect for closing out your week. No meditation experience needed — just an open heart and comfortable seating.
