Kelly is the past director of NICL and the first quadriplegic to drive a muscle car cross-country. Kelly is taking route 66 and stopping at as many centers as he can.

A new bipartisan House resolution, H. Res. 1586, reaffirms the importance of Olmstead v. L.C. and the right of disabled people to live and receive services in integrated community settings.

The resolution comes as federal policy changes have raised new questions about how community integration protections will be enforced.

Disabled people belong in the community.

As you may or may not have already heard, the State of Kansas has announced that October 31, 2026 will be the last date for Authenticare 2.0. Starting on November 1st, Authenticare 3.0 will be the only option for clocking in/out for time worked. If you are using the Authenticare phone app, you will need to have Authenticare 3.0 on your phone by October 31st.

If you are having trouble with getting the app switched from 2.0 to 3.0, please contact the following SKIL staff:
