We are looking for people with disabilities to record short video clips (10 seconds!) to help promote the National Survey on Health and Disability (NSHD) launching this fall.

Please submit clips by August 17 so we have time to edit videos and make them accessible!

36 years ago today, the Americans with Disabilities Act was signed into law.
The ADA was a promise.

A promise that people with disabilities belong: in schools, in workplaces, in their communities.

Do you remember Jennifer Keelan? She was 8 years old when she crawled up the steps of the U.S. Capitol to demand this law.

She said: "I'll take all night if I have to."

And the fight she started is still ours to carry.
Because the ADA was not the finish line. It was a door opening.

Today we celebrate how far we've come, and we recommit to everything still ahead.
