There is something sacred about starting a new month with intention.
Today I had the honor of serving Kambo as we entered July. Lately the energy has felt… well… a little strange. So many people have shared that they feel off, emotional, unsettled, or like life is asking them to recalibrate. Whether you call it Mercury retrograde, the changing season, or simply being human, I think a lot of us are feeling it.
It felt like such a beautiful way to begin the month—holding space for someone to pause, release what no longer serves them, and reconnect with themselves. Every time I witness this work, I’m reminded that healing doesn’t always come from doing more. Sometimes it comes from becoming still enough to listen.
Every reset is a reminder that we don’t have to carry yesterday into tomorrow.
Here’s to walking through July with a little more intention, a little more balance, and a whole lot of trust. One breath, one step, one beautiful recalibration at a time.
