It’s National Vision Month! Dr. Veronica Mendez, See to Succeed Clinical Director, wants to share a tip for keeping healthy eyes.

Limiting screen time is important for preventing eye strain, so to give your eyes a break by remembering the 20-20-20 Rule! Take a 20 second break, every 20 minutes, by looking at something 20 feet away. You don’t have to follow this rule to the second, but taking regular breaks allows your eyes to rest and maintain their health.
