Thank you to everyone who helped make this year's Sip, Savor & Support event a success! We are so grateful for the incredible support of our volunteers.

Now that the event is over, we could use a few extra helping hands to get everything cleaned, organized, and put away!

We are looking for volunteers who can stop by CSC anytime Monday through Thursday to assist with post-event cleanup and organization.

How you can help:

Organize and inventory event supplies
Wipe down, clean, and sort items

No need to commit to a full shift! Whether you have 30 minutes, an hour, or a few hours to spare, we would greatly appreciate your help. Just stop by whenever you're available!

Feel free to wear comfortable clothes, and bring a friend if you'd like!

We’re getting ready for Sip, Savor & Support, and we need YOUR help to make this special evening possible!

On October 18, we’re bringing our community together at a beautiful private estate in Altadena for an elegant fundraising event featuring delicious tastings from local restaurant partners, drinks, entertainment, and more—all in support of the free programs and services we provide to individuals and families impacted by cancer. 🌿✨

🙌 We have volunteer opportunities all week!

Whether you have a few hours to spare or want to be part of the event itself, there’s a way for you to help! Opportunities include event preparation, planting succulents, setup, guest assistance, and post-event cleanup.

👟 Prep, setup & cleanup crews: Casual, comfortable attire. Perfect for those who don't mind rolling up their sleeves!

At Cancer Support Community Greater San Gabriel Valley, we believe everyone impacted by cancer deserves a space where they feel understood, supported, and at home.

Our Armenian-Speaking Cancer Support Group provides a welcoming space for Armenian-speaking individuals impacted by cancer to connect, share their experiences, and receive support in their own language.

We are incredibly grateful to QueensCare for supporting this group and helping us make culturally and linguistically responsive cancer support more accessible to our community.

🎀 October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month, and we’re bringing our community a series of educational workshops focused on breast health, treatment, support, and life beyond cancer.

Throughout October and into November, join us to learn from experts on topics including pain management, integrative medicine, breast lumps and breast health, longevity, screening, treatment, and what comes after.
