I’m back. 💗

I came home filled with love from my friends and family, and with a renewed sense of purpose after spending time in a place whose history is rooted in colonization and the systems created by colonizers.

Visiting museums, churches, and historical landmarks reminded me why I do this work.

The whole experience made me angry in a way that lit an even bigger fire in me to help people heal from the wounds and beliefs that have been passed down through generations.

A major part of our healing sessions is getting to the root of the beliefs and patterns that impact how you show up in your life. Because sometimes what we struggle with did not begin with us.

Many of us inherited beliefs shaped by survival, patriarchy, poverty, migration, and colonialism.

My clients and I often joke that instead of generational wealth, many of us inherited scarcity, overworking, people pleasing, and the belief that our worth comes from how much we create and carry.

For many of us in the diaspora, this can look like sacrificing ourselves for everyone else, staying in relationships that no longer honor us, hiding our gifts, or pushing our bodies past their limits.

This is why ancestral and generational healing matters.

When we heal what we inherited, we create the freedom to choose differently.
We can set boundaries without guilt.
We can pursue careers and dreams that fit who we are.
We can build healthier relationships.
We can stop passing down survival and start passing down freedom.

Healing is one form of resistance.

This is the work I am honored to do with my clients: guiding daughters and granddaughters to heal what they inherited, reclaim their power, and create relationships, careers, and lives that feel like their own. 🔥

The timing of this testimonial felt like such a beautiful birthday gift. 🥹💗

Milijana sent this to me on my birthday, completely unaware that it was my birthday. I couldn’t have received a more meaningful gift.

To have someone reflect back to me what this work means to them, and how it has supported them in creating meaningful results in their business, visibility, relationships, health, and everyday life, was incredibly special.

I’m so honored to be able to hold space for such an extraordinary woman. She is literally the strongest woman in Croatia. 💖

Thank you, Milijana, for your beautiful words and for trusting me with this part of your journey. It is such a privilege to witness your transformation.

Posing with our calamansi tree before we harvest her gifts. 😋

This summer, I’ve been making space for the things that brought me joy as a child. Practicing what I preach. 🥰

This topic has come up so often with my clients this year.

When we weren’t allowed to play, express ourselves, or simply be who we were as children, we often grow into adults who forget what truly lights us up. We lose touch with ourselves, our dreams, and our truth.
Childhood patterns don’t disappear with age. They shape our relationships, career decisions, health, finances, and the life we ultimately create.

Part of what we do together is uncover those hidden patterns so they stop making your decisions for you.

When we nurture the child within us, we stop surviving and start building healthier relationships, careers that align with our values, bodies that no longer carry the weight of chronic stress, and lives that finally feel like our own.

If you’re not sure what your inner child has been trying to tell you, I’m here to help translate. 💛

How have you nurtured your inner child lately?

Music heals my soul. 🎶
And this month was all about healing my inner teenager. 🥳

I gave myself permission to have a four day weekend away in Vegas without my kids or hubby. To dance until I was on FYA 😂, rest, fangirl, get spoiled by my bro and sis-in-law, and play like everyday was a beautiful spring day.

Then, on a separate day, I had a 12 hour date with my hubby. We even got to meet and enjoy our fav Mongolian throat singers.

Finding and living in my joy has become one of the ways I recharge before holding space for my clients.

Healing has taught me to trust my village.

Because the truth is, healing and raising children both take a village. When we do the inner work, create healthier boundaries, and build relationships rooted in trust, we learn that we don’t have to carry everything alone.

I was able to step away and fully enjoy those moments because I trusted the people caring for my children and supporting our family. And I’m so so grateful for my village. 💗

When we prioritize ourselves, we don’t take away from the people we love. We actually show up more fully for them.

When I take care of myself, everyone benefits. I’m a better mother, a better wife, and a more present practitioner.

They get the best of me. 💝

Your healing creates a ripple effect that touches every relationship in your life.

So remember to love yourself. ✨💜

This Mother’s Day weekend, I planned a camping trip for my family. There were 25 of us, and it ended up being so healing for my inner child. 💗

I’ve always dreamed of experiences like this. Enjoying nature with family. Feeling safe in community. Creating the kind of environment I once longed for.

Of course, old emotions surfaced too, and I’ve been processing a lot this week.

One of the deepest parts of healing is realizing we were never meant to do life alone. We were meant to be supported by community.

But healing also changes the kind of community we choose. Not every village is safe. Not every connection is nourishing.

Inner work teaches you to stop abandoning yourself just to belong. And from that place, you begin creating relationships and family dynamics that actually feel supportive, grounded, and aligned.

I do this work so my children can experience more safety, joy, and connection than I did.
The healing we do for ourselves always ripples outward.

And if you’re a mama or caregiver longing for supportive community, you’re not alone.
Sometimes it takes time to build the right village. 🌿

It’s been such a beautiful Spring 🌺

This past month has been full in the best way.
So many client transformations, celebrations, travel, time with Mother Earth, alone time, and community… and this space naturally took a back seat.

I’m so grateful I chose myself 13 years ago and faced my own shadow work.
Life now feels aligned, spacious, and filled with people who truly fill my cup.

A theme that kept coming up in sessions this month was choosing yourself and reclaiming your power.
The relationships you experience often mirror the relationship you have with yourself.

When you choose yourself, things begin to shift. Your energy opens. Your capacity expands. And it becomes easier to share your gifts in a way that feels natural and true.

It’s such an honor to witness my clients in this. Watching their light expand as they integrate this work into their lives never gets old. You can feel it in their energy, their presence, the way they move through the world.

Choosing yourself looks different for everyone.
The inner work isn’t always easy in the beginning… but what’s on the other side is worth it.

If you feel ready, you don’t have to figure it out alone.
You can book a 15 minute connection call with me to start.

Here’s a glimpse of some of my joy this month.
Happy Spring 💗

Thank you, Dolores Huerta, for your leadership and for speaking your truth.

The fact that she waited over 60 years to publicly share her experience of abuse is a powerful reminder of why this work matters.

So many women are not just healing from personal pain, but from systems that have taught them to stay quiet, to endure, and to protect everyone else before themselves.

To protect family honor.
To carry responsibility as daughters.
To maintain dignity at all costs.

Even when it means silencing their own truth.

We are often taught that speaking up is dangerous.
That it could bring shame.
That it could disrupt everything we’ve worked so hard to build.

So we stay quiet. We overgive. We disconnect from ourselves.

And yet, nothing changes until we feel safe enough to remember who we are.

It can begin in solitude.
In moments of reconnecting with ourselves.

And it can expand into safe spaces.
Into community.
Into being seen, heard, and mirrored by other women.

That is where something begins to shift.
We begin to prioritize ourselves without guilt.
We begin to speak our truth without fear.
We begin to step into our power not only as individuals, but together.

Because the truth is, it is very hard to rise in systems that were never built to hold us.

But when women come together to support one another, we begin to dismantle what once kept us small.

This is why it is so important for women to have safe spaces to heal.
Why we need one another.
Why community matters.

To help them remember who they are.
To help them feel safe to be seen.
To help them find their voice.
To help them step into their power and expand into their lives, their relationships, and their work.

Because when a woman comes back to herself, she doesn’t just change her life.
She changes everything around her.

You don’t have to do this alone. 💗
