Here’s my favorite go-to four ingredient protein shake (heck, only 3 if you just use water).

Ingredients:
Water
‘Potamus Power Plant Based Protein (Chocolate)
Frozen Dark Sweet Cherries
Oat milk (or whatever milk you have)
