Let’s get into the science for a sec. 🌊
Your body is roughly 60% water, and sound travels four times faster through water than air. That’s part of why a gong or singing bowl can feel like it’s moving through you, not just around you.
It’s not just a feeling either. Every cell in your body responds to vibration, and research on low-frequency sound has shown it can help reduce muscle tension and support circulation. Specific frequencies have also been shown to lower stress and anxiety and promote relaxation and mental clarity.
This is just a taste of what you’ll get to experience all summer long. Come feel it for yourself.
