About last night… Sacred Grounding

Last nights working was special for many reasons, one reason being me going back to teaching after being on hiatus for 3 years. Second, connecting with new people which isn’t always easy for me. Third, doing ritual and connecting with the Earth in a special and sacred way.

Part of the ritual last night was painting our bodies with mud as an anointment and connection to Earth.

For sensitive people especially, small intentional acts can help the nervous system slow down, soften, and reconnect.

A breath.
A candle.
Bare feet on the earth.
A moment of stillness.

The first workshop in my Reclaiming Sensitivity series takes place on May 16 in Burbank.

This space is for sensitive souls who are longing for:

* nervous system support
* grounding
* safety within the body
* and a gentler relationship with sensitivity

Together we’ll explore somatic practices, breathwork, reflection, and Earth-based ritual in a space designed to support slowing down and reconnecting with yourself.

Held near the Ta**us new moon, this gathering is an invitation to root, soften, and come home to your body.
