Message from Finder: Hello all! Please help find this baby's pet owner! My brothers friend found him in passaic, NJ. He took him to a vet but was told there was no chip. He didn't want to take him to the shelter and asked us to help him find his owners. If you know who this pup belongs to please reach out to me with proof of the owner. Thank you!
