A HUGE THANK YOU to all that were able to join in celebrating Branson this past Saturday! What an amazing community this family has🧡 What a turnout! Thank you for all the kind messages and gifts from those unable to attend, Branson is feeling all the love. It has been beautiful to see so many people come together for Branson. We continue to trust in God’s goodness, His presence, and His plan, even in the moments when we may not understand.

So many people have generously asked how best they can support the Brice family during this time. The greatest thing you can do is keep Branson, Beau, Josh and Melanie lifted up in prayer—pray for strength, peace, comfort, and for God to carry them through each moment.

If you are able to help financially, your generosity can also help lighten the financial burden that comes with such an unimaginable journey. Parking information for Branson’s party today at Ryan House ❤️ Branson is looking forward to celebrating with you all!

Parking:

There is a button to push and should let you in the parking garage next to Ryan House, but it is limited spaces for Ryan house.

There’s also a Wells Fargo parking lot across the street and a parking lot at Park City. Also, any available curbside without red on the curb.

Hello everyone! Update on Branson. First, we are so grateful and appreciative of ALL the prayers and love being sent for Branson. 🙏🏻❤️ We feel them. Thank you!! Yes Branson was in the PICU yesterday. Things have changed quickly. God knows all the details. Branson is a fighter! I NEVER thought I would be writing this. My sweet son is in hospice care so please pray for Branson and our family as we go through this process. He is at Ryan House in Phoenix. Feel free to come visit him. We are asking God for a miracle. 🙏🏻 We have laid him at the feet of Jesus. Branson is not in pain and is peaceful. Our address where we are currently staying is:

UPDATE that Melanie just texted me and wanted me to add to this post:

Prayers for Branson please. He has been moved to the PICU because he is needing to be receiving oxygen with a special machine. The cancer has spread all over his right lung and into some of his lymph nodes. They have started chemo to stop the growth of the cancer. They are trying to keep him comfortable and keeping him on oxygen. Pray for God‘s peace, healing and comfort.

Hello Everyone! This is April Branson’s Aunt. I am on here at Melanie’s request because Branson is needing immediate prayers right now!! I do not know any details except the little Melanie was able to hurry and text me this morning. She said it had been a very long hard night for Branson and he’s isn’t able to breath. They did get results yesterday that the leukemia is in his lungs and he’s not dealing with an infection, like they thought he might have pneumonia. So no infection just the leukemia causing the cough and breathing issues. Because of that the last I heard from Melanie yesterday was that they would be starting him on Chemo right away. But overnight whatever has happened he went downhill quickly and she texted me a few hours ago to tell me to pray because they were rushing Branson to PICU and it’s not good (those where her words). She just texted me again and said to please share this on his FB page so people can start praying ASAP!

Father please help Branson immediately, we know he is fighting for his life and you are right there with him in this battle! We lift him up to you and know that his precious life is in Your hands, Your will be done Father. Give Branson the peace that passes all understanding that only You can give. Comfort him as he is facing this battle and please be with Josh and Melanie and Beau as they have to wait helplessly and watch this happening to Branson.

Hello! I wish I had a better update for our sweet Branson. It has been one year since he relapsed the first time. Six months after his second bone marrow transplant, and here we are at Phoenix Children’s with his second leukemia relapse. He has not felt well for about a week now with a cough. He will go through some testing and procedures over the next couple days to figure out what is leukemia and what is infection in his lungs right now. And what is going to be our path forward. Each time cancer comes back it comes back stronger. We are asking for earth shattering prayers 🙏🏻 for Branson for he will be in for the fight of his Life! Brice Strong! 💪🏻 He should just be at school like any 17 year-old enjoying his junior year of high school. His spirits are good. He’s ready to take on this challenge. God is in control and in the details! We rest there! He’s such a mature young man. He said “Jesus’ blood is washed over me mom. And cancer doesn’t live in Jesus therefore it doesn’t live in me.” 🥺 We can all take a lesson from him to be so grateful and thankful for everyday we are alive! 🎗️🧡

⭐️ PRAISE & PRAYER ⭐️

Branson is finally home and doing well! ❤️ We are very thankful to be back home after this 4-1/2 month long journey in Phoenix going through his 2nd Bone Marrow Transplant. 🎗️

We are also grateful to share that his recent scans and tests continue to show clear, negative results for Leukemia, and he is in FULL remission! 🙏🏻 PRAISE THE LORD!

While we celebrate this wonderful news, we still appreciate continued prayers 🙏🏻 as he navigates the recovery process and any post-transplant related challenges that might arise.

Thank you ALL for your prayers, love, support, and generosity throughout this journey. 🫶🏻 It takes a Village to get through this. We Love Ours!! ❤️

Extra prayers for our sweet Branson today and tomorrow please!! 🙏🏻🩵

He reached Day 100 this past Saturday. 🙌🏻 🎉 That’s a Big milestone after a Bone Marrow Transplant.

He shows no signs of GVHD (graft vs host disease).

He will have some procedures, scans and tests done this week. His first one is a Lumbar Puncture and a Bone Marrow Aspirate today and a whole body PET scan tomorrow following up with an MRI of his liver next week.

He is doing well!! 🙏🏻🎗️

His kidney levels are a little elevated so our specific prayer request please is for his kidney level to go back down to baseline.

We are looking at getting his central line taken out in two weeks and be totally off his immunosuppressant drug (anti-rejection drug) and FINALLY be able to go home home! 🏠

We will then still have weekly follow up appts which over time will go to twice a month and then monthly for at least a year. Phoenix Children’s will follow him for 10 years. We are SO thankful that they watch him so closely!

Branson Update!! 💙

Branson is doing great after his Bone Marrow Transplant, and we are so thankful for all the prayers, love, and support that have carried us through this journey. We still have to remain in Phoenix for a few more weeks for follow-up care and appointments as he continues healing and growing stronger each day. 💪🏻

Day 100 is May 23rd!! 🙌🏻

If you feel led to support our family during this last stretch of being in Phoenix until we can come home we have attached our Amazon wish list for gift cards to eat and get gas.
