It is really an amazing, beautiful experience. It also is good for many dis-eases and ailments. I have recently been dealing with something and it has helped tremendously.

    All creatures great and small carry a very important relationship with the Earth. Each one plays a vital role in their own way. Honey bees have always been considered magical due to their creation of honey, however they have much more to offer us. This is nothing new and humans have known this...

The four laws of a Chaman
The first says:
"The person who comes into our life is the right person"; In other words, no one comes into our lives by chance, all the people around us, who interact with us, are there for something, to make us learn and advance in each situation.
The second law says:
"What happens is the only thing that could have happened." Nothing, but nothing, absolutely nothing of what happens to us in our lives could have been otherwise. Not even the smallest detail.
There is no such thing as: "if I had done such a thing, such another would have happened ...". No. What happened was the only thing that could have happened and it had to be that way for us to learn that lesson and move on. Each and every one of the situations that happen to us in our lives are perfect, even if our mind and our ego resist and do not want to accept it.
The third says:
"Anytime it starts is the right time." Everything starts at the right time, not before, not after. When we are ready for something new to begin in our lives, that is when it will begin.
And the fourth and last:
"When something ends, it ends." Just like that. If something ended in our lives, it is for our evolution, therefore it is better to leave it, move on and move forward already enriched with that experience.
I think it is not by chance that you are reading this, if these words came into our lives today; it is because we are prepared to understand that no snowflake ever falls in the wrong place. "

I release all that no longer resonates with where I am going, trusting that the space created brings new experiences in alignment with my true essence.

This is a task all human beings must be prepared to engage in, whatever our gender, but WOMEN, who have suffered the same wounding as the planet, are uniquely positioned to empathize with our Mother Earth, and to speak on behalf of all her creatures.

We must speak for the Earth as mothers, daughters, teachers, businesswomen, scientists, service workers, lawyers, laborers, or in whatever role we play in the world.

We must let her voice be heard through whatever medium we most comfortably express ourselves in: words, music, art, crafts, and in the settings we find ourselves in each day, whether that be the home, office, school, court, university, factory or fields.

It is a matter of recognizing, because we are an intrinsic part of the Earth, her need for healing is not distinct from our own.

The symptoms and results for the body are varied. Hyper stress can cause many things. As one heals the responses from the body in letting go can be as overwhelming as the overthinking. Be kind and gentle to you as you remember how to practice true self care. Be patient as the release takes time. No need to add more stress as you retrain you mind, body and spirit that you are safe. Seek those who will help you and hold you in sacred space.
