How do you “do self care”? Ultimately, self-care means doing something that makes you feel good.

Or maybe it’s something to get you ahead for the week and put you in a better position to feel good.

Take a few minutes and think about one or two things this week that is only about yourself- not your kids, not your spouse, not a parent — just you.

Take the time, plan it, make it happen. It could be just 15 or 30 minutes that makes all the difference in how you feel about your week and yourself.

Some days it could mean:

-Sleep in
-Eat more, better, food prep
-Take a walk
-Go shopping
-Read a book
-Call a friend
-Take a class
-Do a craft, build something

Another fun and successful class!! We learned, laughed and left with a bunch of great creations from our first Essential Oil & Aromatherapy Class!

Everyone got to leave with a bag full of goodies. Our second level class will be posted for April!
