Happy Mobilize Monday (and Labor Day)!

I had the super cool opportunity to take part in the Highline Half Marathon yesterday doing taping, stretching, and other body work before and after the event. What a great morning - it was so fun to see everyone’s prep and hard work come to fruition.

Thanks for the opportunity to continue supporting this community and the surrounding areas!
