I've been seeing a lot of clients this week who have anxiety, depression or are going through a lot of hard things. After the session I asked how they feel and some have said they slept better, felt happier. Some were shocked how cool the experience was. I have the same benefits when I get a zone. I noticed such a diffence in my mental health. Whatever you may be going through, foot zoning is an amazing support!

*One client her menstual cycle started after 3 months.
*Another client her appetite came back.
*Another person her period cramps subsided.

Foot zoning accesses the entire body. It can help balance so many different systems of the body! I love when my clients get the help they are seeking. It's not me as the zoner, it's their body doing its job and waking up to do what it knows how to do!! So amazing!!

Charlee loves her grandma and loves to do foot zones!!! Had a great experience with my mom today during her zone. Foot zoning is a holistic approach to healing. It's not just for your physical body but your spiritual and emotional as well. It's what ever you want to get out of the zone. I always ask my clients what their intention is for getting a zone and it always happens!
