People would ask me why I take so many photos and videos and it is for the memories. But sometimes these videos really hit home. Sometimes we’re blinded in the moment but when we look back, we see all the signs were there. We just chose to wear our sunglasses.

You guys, you can set 3 goals or 50 goals, you can set small goals or big goals, but they are nothing but goals unless you take the steps and are consistent, then those goals turn into achievements... but sometimes it is hard. I know, I have been there. It is hard because there is temptation, it is not coming to us as quickly as we would like it, or life happens and it seems like putting our goals on hold is the best option at that time. You can achieve anything your heart desires if your mind is in the same place. You must focus on the end. Be consistent.
If you would like more help with achieving your goals and staying consistent, join my Focused Intentions group. We meet in person in Peachtree City and have a virtual session for those of you who cannot attend in person. Everything is confidential, you are not required to share with the group. OUR NEXT SESSION STARTS IN AUGUST!
