If you placed an order this past Friday or yesterday, UPS is running behind after the recent weather, so your delivery may take a little longer.

We want you to know your medication is still in good hands. Our shipping packaging has been through validated testing to make sure your order stays viable in transit, including when weather slows things down.

Once it arrives, open it and store your medication as directed. If you have any questions or concerns, we're here to help.

• Most can stay out of the fridge for a limited time.
• Keep it out of direct heat and sunlight.

This week is Mental Illness Awareness Week, and Saturday is World Mental Health Day.

So, here’s your gentle reminder to check in on your people around you and yourself.

• Send that “thinking of you” text
• Take a walk and get some fresh air
• Ask for help when you need it. There’s no shame in it, ever.

Your mental health is important. If something feels off, talking with your doctor or a mental health professional is a great first step. And if you ever have questions about your medications, our pharmacists are always happy to help.

If you've ever stopped by our counter, there's a good chance you've met her. She's the one who takes the extra minute to make sure you understand your medication, remembers to ask how you've been feeling, and somehow stays calm and kind on even the busiest days.
