If your strength doesn’t transfer to your sport… it’s just gym strength.

Anyone can add weight to a bar.
The real question is — does it show up in competition?

Here’s how we build real carryover:

🏋️ Force in the Right Direction
Force has direction. Sport isn’t random.
Acceleration requires horizontal projection.
Top speed requires vertical stiffness.
Rotational sports require transverse plane force and sequencing.

If you only train straight up and down, but your sport is lateral and rotational, you’re leaving performance on the table.

📐 Position-Specific Strength
We don’t just squat to squat.
We train the joint angles and positions athletes actually compete in:

• Forward shin angles for acceleration
• Split stance and staggered positions
• Single-leg stability under load
• Rotational loading through the hips and torso

Strength is angle-specific.
If you’re strong in the wrong position, it won’t transfer.

⚡ Rate of Force Development (RFD)
It’s not just how much force you can produce —
It’s how fast you can access it.

Sports happen in milliseconds.
Heavy strength builds the engine.
Explosive work teaches the body to express it.

Want to actually get faster? Read this twice.

Speed isn’t just “run more.” It’s 3 separate qualities:

⚡ Acceleration – Your first 5–10 yards. This is about projecting force BACK into the ground at the right shin angle. Forward torso. Violent push. Long powerful strides early — not quick choppy steps.

🚀 Max Velocity – Once upright, it becomes vertical force + stiffness. Strong front-side mechanics. Step down under your hips. Don’t reach. Bounce off the ground.

💪 Arm Drive – Your arms control rhythm and timing. Aggressive back swing. Cheek to hip. If the arms are lazy, the legs follow.

Most athletes only train one.
That’s why they plateau.

Big shoutout to Chiromechanics athlete who’s been putting in serious work and stacking results like it’s nothing💪
Through consistency, and discipline he just hit new PRs across the board:

• 455 lb squat
• 260 lb bench
• 420 lb trap bar deadlift

On top of the numbers, his sprinting mechanics have improved significantly, and his speed has noticeably increased. Stronger, faster, and moving better — exactly how athletic development should look 🔥

Proud of the work this young athlete has been putting in. 💪⚾️🏈

After grinding all season on the football field—building strength, speed, toughness, and discipline—he’s now making the transition into baseball season. The same work ethic, consistency, and focus that showed up during football is carrying right over as he sharpens his skills and prepares for the diamond.

Multi-sport athletes build a different kind of edge, and this freshman is laying a strong foundation early. The work doesn’t stop, it just shifts gears.
