I’ve helped sellers move furniture, clean, organize, stage and do all kinds of random things to get their homes ready to sell.

Being a Realtor is definitely not just putting a sign in the yard.

You have a $750,000 budget and want a 3-bedroom, 2-bath home in Bergen County. Where should you be looking?

I’d start with Oakland, Westwood and Waldwick.

All three give buyers a realistic place to start around that price point, depending on the home, condition and competition.

The Bergen County market moves fast, but $750K can still give you options if you know where to look.

And we are CLOSED!

71 Crystal Hill Drive in Pomona officially has new owners, and my seller gets to move on to her next chapter.

Getting a home from “For Sale” to “SOLD” involves a whole lot more than putting a sign in the yard. There are showings, negotiations, inspections, attorneys, walkthroughs and about a thousand little things that have to happen along the way.

I’m so happy we made it to the finish line.

There’s a reason people love Ramsey.

You’ve got a real downtown, train access to NYC, great local shops and restaurants, and then just a few minutes away you’re back on these beautiful, quiet residential streets.

I spend a lot of time driving around Northern Bergen County, and Ramsey is still one of my favorite towns to show people who want that combination.

This one makes me really happy.

103 Old Haverstraw Road in Congers is officially UNDER CONTRACT!

Helping first-time buyers is still one of my favorite parts of this job. There is something about watching someone go from “Can we actually do this?” to “Holy s**t, we’re buying a house” that never gets old.

We’ve still got some work to do before I hand them the keys, but today was a very good day.

And since Mother Nature canceled my gig tonight, apparently I’m celebrating from my couch.

Last Tuesday night was a GOOD one.

Bruno Mars at MetLife and just having an absolute blast.

I spend so much time running around between real estate, the band, family and everything else that sometimes I forget how much I love nights like this.

Bruno was freaking incredible.
