Cardio and strength training change you in so many ways. There are benefits we don’t think about. We think about how cholesterol, blood sugar, and blood pressure are positively impacted from exercise. We forget how our organs are positively impacted: brain, heart, lungs, bones, muscles. Your confidence is impacted greatly when you do something good for yourself. Get up, get started. Starting the day allows your positive mood to carry all day.
