We think about how cholesterol, blood sugar, and blood pressure are positively impacted from exercise. We forget how our organs are positively impacted: brain, heart, lungs, bones, muscles. Your confidence is impacted greatly when you do something good for yourself. Get up, get started. Starting the day allows your positive mood to carry all day.
