We’re delighted to introduce a new monthly learning series, Ask the Practitioner - a warm, engaging and interactive space, where we explore one topic each month through the lens of Ayurveda.
These live Zoom sessions will be held one Saturday every month. Each session will begin with a 15-minute talk by Sunita on a featured topic, followed by 30 minutes of open conversation and Q&A.
Our first session will be on Saturday, July 11, from 11am - 11:45 am where we'll be discussing Immunity & Ojas—the Ayurvedic concept of the vital essence that supports overall well-being. We look forward to having you join us!
