Following in the footsteps of his legendary trailblazing grandmother, Mary Kay Ash, and his father Richard R. Rogers, we are excited to announce that Ryan Rogers will become the Chief Executive Officer of Mary Kay Inc. on the eve of our company’s 60th anniversary, January 1, 2023. Ryan’s appointment accompanies the announcement by Chief Executive Officer David Holl that he will retire at the end of the year following a nearly 30-year career with Mary Kay.
