Those who are built different feel the fear and show up anyway. The opportunity cost of ignoring your calling is more greater than the cost of trying.

The woman I’m here for feels fear and shows up anyway. Fear doesn’t go away at a certain milestone. You just begin to trust yourself more along the way and begin to recognize that fear and expansion go hand in hand. Contraction- expansion- contraction- expansion is the path of rising.

Because she’s devoted.

Devoted to the vision.

Devoted to the calling.

Devoted to becoming the woman her purpose requires her to be.

I’ve learned something over the years. Every meaningful thing I’ve built was scary.

Hosting my first Retreat was scary.

Speaking on stages was scary.

Investing in myself was scary.

Starting before I was ready was scary.

But do you know what became even scarier?

The thought of abandoning the mission placed on my heart.

The thought of looking back on my life, wondering…

What if I would’ve trusted myself?
What if I would’ve gone for it?
What if I stopped waiting for permission?

The woman I’m calling in understands this.

She knows fear is part of the process.

She refuses to make it the decision-maker.

Eventually, there comes a moment where the cost of staying the same becomes greater than the cost of change.

Where playing small becomes more uncomfortable than taking the risk.

Where settling becomes more uncomfortable than growth.

And when that moment arrives…

Everything changes.

You stop asking…
What if I fail?
And start asking…
What will it cost me if I don’t?

Because the truth is… The greatest reward has never been in what I achieved. It’s who I became because I was willing to take the leap.

The confidence. The resilience. The self trust. The courage.

The woman who exists on the other side of the fear.

That’s who you’re really building.

And the women who leave their mark on this world understand something powerful… Fear may come along for the ride. But it never gets to hold the steering wheel.

There comes a moment where you realize… You can’t keep being who you’ve been and expect to live the life you feel called too.

I used to be absolutely terrified of being seen.

Public speaking
Leading others
Using my voice

Felt impossible.

I was severely bully growing up and carried that with me for years.

Feeling misunderstood
Feeling like I didn’t belong
Feeling like I had to shrink to be accepted

And then in 2016… I made a choice.
Not because I felt ready.
Not because I felt confident.

But because something deeper in me said there’s more for you than this.

I said YES to my first training and became a Pilates instructor… This required me to stand in front of others, lead them, speak… I was terrified AND I showed up anyway.

Not as the perfect version of me. Just as I am. That was what changed everything.

Step-by-step, I built the woman I am today. Not by having it all figured out. But by choosing self love as my foundation again and again.

From there is something shifted self-love stop being about me.

It became the way I lead. It became the way I serve. It became the way I lived. This is where self-love becomes selfless service.

I don’t build a life I love by staying comfortable. I built it by doing the things that stretched me, challenge me and ask more of me.

And now? I live a life, I love to lead. A life rooted in purpose. Rooted in truth. Rooted in something so much bigger than me.

Because when you truly own your gifts, talents, your voice, it stops being about you and it becomes about what you’re here to contribute.

When self-love stops at you that is selfish. I’m no longer who I’ve been and that is exactly why I get to be who I am becoming.

Watching deeply gifted, heart led people keeping themselves stuck because they think they need to be more ready.

More training.
More time.
More healing.
More perfect conditions.

The truth is… Stop waiting like readiness is coming to save you.

There are less talented people moving, serving, selling, growing, and learning in real time.

Your issue is not lack of potential.

Client X hero story… “I came into this work in a season of grief…

disconnected from my voice and unsure how to express what I was carrying.

I had never experienced somatic work before, and I didn’t fully understand what it meant.

But through this space, I found my way back to my body, my breath, and myself.

Energy work was completely new to me.

If you want to play a BIG game, you must be willing to invest in a BIG way.❤️‍🔥 There’s a calling on your heart only YOU can serve.

I’ve been able to collapse time, build faster, move & expand my impact because I choose to surround myself in the right rooms, people & communities.

The dream life your building was never meant to be built alone. For the last 10 years, I’ve never built this version of me alone.

& truthfully? It would’ve been harder & a lot less fun.

I’ll always double down on my dreams. Because every risky decision…

Has always returned growth, expansion & reward.

The grand reveal of what my heart has been holding is here… 🥁

For years I’ve been walking with a quiet prayer in my heart. A devotion to something bigger than me. LOVE asking to move through my life in ways that reaches far beyond me OR only my clients.

Over the years our community has continued to grow partnership with nonprofits by stretching our capacity to serve, to reach more lives & to anchor LOVE into a real tangible impact.

I’ve been invited to partner with a nonprofit that supports women & their children as they rebuild their lives after domestic abuse. This year a prayer that’s been on my heart has opened into a living reality.

There comes a point on the journey where self-love meets selfless service. When LOVE truly changes your life, you cannot deny the calling to give it back.❤️‍🔥

The last 10 years, I’ve had the honor of hosting retreats, transformational programs supporting the lives of 1000s. My heart is full. This is the mission my heart was made for. Compassionate leadership. Fierce love. Meaningful service.

I am beyond grateful to be supporting their mission of rebuilding safe and loving homes. I believe a safer world begins & safer households.🙏🏽

This is an answer prayer, I’ve been laying for years. A devotion I never lost sight of… I’ve only surrendered to the divine timing.

The truth is who you become is worth choosing faith over fear. The unknown path will stretch you & when you let your heart be the anchor it will lead you home on your hearts path.

Close your eyes for a moment… What would your life feel like if you trusted the mission that lives in your heart? Your mission may look different than mine, but it is just as needed, powerful & life-changing.

Let this be the moment you choose it.
Let this be the moment you trust it.
Let this be the moment you RISE.

Your mission is not random. That pull in your heart is not an accident. The desire to make a difference is your soul speaking.

She didn’t create a life she loved, by making logical decisions. It was mapped by the heart. 🫶🏻 It was built by learning how to listen.

She stopped asking what should I do? And started asking a more honest question… A quieter one… a truer one.

What is in the highest service of my heart? This question became a 🧭 compass. The quest of the heart. 🌀

Sometimes the path felt foggy. Sometimes it asked to walk away from what looked good on the surface and required to do things the mind didn’t understand yet.

AND from here…

Life expanded. Trust deepened. A sense of freedom grew roots. Leadership isn’t about control. It’s about presence.

When she stopped asking what made sense and began listening to something quieter, she moved not because it promised certainty, but because it promised truth.🙏🏽

Every choice chosen from that place shifted something. This is how a new wave of leadership is born. 👏🏾 Not from force. Not from overthinking. But from presence.

Heart led leaders don’t wait until the picture is clear. They decide in real time… From the body, from the breath, and from a knowing that doesn’t need validation.

This is the art of the heart quest. 🛥️

She didn’t chase outcomes. She honored alignment. And in doing so built a life she loves to lead not because it’s perfect but because it’s true.

If you’re reading this, it’s not by accident. You recognize this path. You feel the calling. You know there’s another way to lead… one rooted and devotion.

This isn’t about having it all figured out. It’s about being willing to choose from the heart again and again and trust who you become along the way.
