For 7 years, I’ve continued to lean into the heartbeat of this community. To be surrounded by a deeply devoted & passionate mentor, Adi Shakti | the Philanthropic Femme keeps my fire lit, gives direction to my path & allows me to nurture the relationship I have with myself & my mission in ways that continue to elevate my leadership & my ability to hold the responsibility of stewarding the calling God placed on my heart.🤍

When I look back, there’s one very clear thing that drew me in & it’s the very thing that keeps me here. Her huge heart. Her fiery passion was the first thing I saw her during my 200 hour yoga training. But beyond what she taught me, I noticed how she chose to live.🤗

I noticed her values. I noticed her devotion. I noticed her decision to contribute.🫰

A portion of the enrollment from our training went directly towards giving back to classrooms & children.

I deeply admire that because I recognize something in her that already lived within me. The desire to use what we build to contribute to something bigger than ourselves.

In 2017 I began hosting events in beach cleanups & started advocating for water, land & communities I deeply cared about. I started my LLC w/ Inspiration Is Life. A heartbeat rooted in giving back has always been woven into my work. Sometimes loudly, others completely behind scenes.

Over the years our Inspiration Is Life community has contributed to su***de prevention, financially funded mental health for individuals to receive services, give back to indigenous communities & next year, we’re taking our give back work to the ocean as we replant & restore the coral reef.

Fast-forward to 2026 & that same heartbeat for giving back has led me to the Philanthropic Femme Society. I am deeply honored to contribute to philanthropic work supporting women + children.

When I choose who gets to mentor me proximity alone isn’t enough. Success isn’t enough. Strategy isn’t enough. VALUES MATTER TO ME.❤️

A steady anchor that allows me to swim deeper into a vast of possibility. Not someone carrying my mission for me. This is what mentorship has become for me.🔥

I don’t believe your wildest dreams need you to sit around and wait for them. 😏

They need your participation.

There’s a difference between wanting something and being devoted to creating a life that reflects it.

I stopped waiting for love and became deeply loving toward myself.

I stopped waiting for fulfillment and pursued what made me come alive.

I stopped wishing for meaningful community and started creating it.

I stopped fantasizing about purposeful work and put my gifts into motion.

THAT is what I mean when I say I always get what I want. 👏🏾

Not entitlement. Not forcing outcomes. And definitely not asking the universe to deliver my dream life by Friday. 😂

It’s devotion.

It’s responsibility.

It’s choosing what matters to my heart and living in a way that reflects it.

Your passions deserve your participation.

Your vision deserves your devotion.

Your life deserves your presence.

That’s main character energy to me. 🫰🏾

Some of the best things that I’ve ever happened to me looked like failure.

Not the easy moments. Not the perfectly planned ones.

The moments that left me asking… WHYYYY.

One of those moments happened hosting an international retreat in Germany. The day before our retreat began when I reconnected to Wifi I received the text no retreat leader wants to read.

Our next property had flooded. It was no longer available. And nothing else was available last minute.

I searched. I panicked. I tried to find another way.

I used to think being a good leader meant making sure everything went right. Making sure everyone was happy. Making sure the plan worked. Making sure I had it all together.

I wanted to desperately make everything OK. But I couldn’t. And that might have been exactly what was needed.

I felt the weight of everyone who had trusted me with their yes. I had to lead from where I actually was. I showed my emotions. I had transparent conversations. I continued honoring our activities.

Somewhere inside of that experience, my relationship with leadership completely changed. I realized I could care deeply without carrying everything. I could honor someone’s disappointment without making their happiness my responsibility.

Because so many heart led leaders are incredible at holding everyone else. Their clients. Their families. Their teams. Their communities. Their relationships. But leadership will eventually ask you…

🤍Can you hold yourself too?
🤍Can you stay connected to your truth when someone is disappointed?
🤍Can you maintain your boundaries while still leading with compassion?
🤍Can you trust yourself when the outcome isn’t what you hoped for?
🤍Can you continue stewarding what matters to your heart without making everyone else’s experience a measurement of your worth?

Maybe the highest level of leadership isn’t becoming the person who can hold everything. Maybe it’s becoming the person who knows what is actually there to hold.❤️

There was a time when I believed leadership meant trying to reach everyone. Now I know leadership is about deeply serving the people you’re truly called to walk along the side of.

I’m less interested in being liked by everyone and more devoted to building with the right people. Not because I don’t value relationships… Quite the opposite. I value them so deeply that I’m intentional about where I invest my heart.

I still like to be liked. I just choose to not spend my energy trying to be liked by people who are never meant to understand the vision my heart carries. I’d much rather pour my heart into the people I meant to build with.

The people who value compassion. The people who believe our greatest contribution begins with becoming the healthiest most authentic versions of ourselves.

Those who understand that leadership isn’t about being followed. It’s about living your values so boldly that others feel permission to do the same.

I know there are people praying for communities like this. To lock arms with other compassionate leaders. People who are building something meaningful.

Something that leaves family stronger. Communities healthier. Businesses more human. And a world better than we found it.🫶🏻

That’s why Fiercely Fulfilled Mastermind exists. To gather leaders who care enough to do something about what matters most to their hearts.💞

I believe the future belongs to compassionate leaders who have the courage to fully express the bold vision they’ve been entrusted with.

The thing I kept, avoiding was the very thing that unlocked everything I truly desired.

And if I’m honest… For years, I lived in the loop of “ I’ll do it when…” I convinced myself, I was being responsible. Looking back… I was avoiding the very thing my heart was calling me towards. I kept trying to control life, according to my ideal preferences instead of trusting the trajectory my life was meant to take.

My mind wanted certainty. My heart wanted surrender. These two things rarely walk hand-in-hand.

It wasn’t until I truly began to connect and pay attention to what I needed and what I wanted… The life I was trying so hard to create through control could only be found through trust.

So I surrendered. The thing I thought I didn’t want to do was actually the very thing that unlocked my most treasured life.

One of the greatest lessons this journey has taught me… I’ve learned that I can have a bold vision for my life without needing to control every detail of how it unfolds. Because let’s be honest what my heart has led me towards has always been far greater than anything my mind could’ve planned.

How many dreams stay dreams because we’re waiting for certainty instead of choosing courage? If you’re standing at a crossroad… Maybe your next breakthrough isn’t waiting for better timing. Maybe it’s waiting for the decision you get to run towards. The decision, your future is depending upon.🙏🏽

Looking back 👀 I can see there was one moment that divided my life into two chapters.

Before the decision and after the decision.

I can remember that moment, sitting in my room, clear as day being so consumed by the opinions of other others that I couldn’t hear my own voice anymore.

Every decision I made was filtered through fear, people, pleasing & who I thought I needed to be in order to be accepted.

After getting my 3rd DUI, there was a whisper that simply said no more. Inside I was abandoning myself every single day.

This quiet knowing washed over me as I heard this voice say to me “refuse to settle”. This became my line in the sand moment.

The moment I surrendered the life that fear was creating & chose the life my heart has been asking me to build.

I didn’t know how everything would unfold. I just knew staying the same was no longer an option.

Looking back now… I can see that it wasn’t just a decision. It became the foundation for everything that hasn’t folded in my life. None of it happened because I had a perfect plan. It happened because I made one wholehearted decision & continued honoring it every single day afterwards.

I see so many purpose driven leaders standing at that same line in the sand. You know you’re meant for more. You can feel the life that’s calling you. You can sense the impact you’re here to make.

But something keeps asking you to wait until you’re more ready, more confident or more certain.

What if this was your moment? What if the life you’ve been praying for isn’t on another sign… What if it’s waiting on your decision?

I’ve got something to share with you.

Honestly… I don’t know if I should be sharing this.

But then I remembered…

I value authenticity far more than performative leadership.

So here it is.😏

I don’t have a master’s in business.

I didn’t go to college for a business degree.

What I do have is lived experience.

What I do know is that when you choose to follow your heart, all things are possible when they’re done with heart.

Throughout my entrepreneurial journey & supporting others in pursuing their passions, if there’s one thing I’ve learned…

Your heart’s way forward always leads you toward your path.

I may not have a business degree.

But I do have a master’s in trailblazing my own path.❤️

In trusting what I’m capable of when I choose legacy work done with heart.

That has become the bridge that continues to lead me home to the work I’m here to serve.

I believe that’s true for you too.

You cannot deny the calling on your heart.

When you pursue your passions wholeheartedly…

The path begins to open.

Not because you have every answer.

Because you’re willing to walk.

This isn’t about performing your way to the top.

It’s about embodying the work you’re here to contribute.

It’s about acting on the vision instead of endlessly talking about it.

For a long time I believed the most loving thing I could do was keep giving more.

More of my time. More of my energy. More of myself.

I genuinely love caring for people. I love serving. I love making a difference.

Maybe you know that feeling too… The beautiful thing about having a big heart is that you care so deeply.

The hard part… Is your attention gets pulled in 100 different directions.

Life starts to feel heavy. Not because you’re doing things wrong because you’ve become disconnected from the work, the joy & the playfulness that makes you come alive.

I’ve learned that burnout isn’t always about doing too much. Sometimes it’s what happens when we spend too much time living from responsibility & not enough time living from purpose.

The world doesn’t receive the best of me when I’m constantly running on empty. It receives the best of me when I’m deeply connected to myself.

When I wake up intentional with my time, energy & choices.

When I create from overflow instead of obligation.

When I devote myself to the work that makes my heart come alive.

I’ve learned that pursuing the work has allowed me to love more fully. To be more present. More joyful. More playful.

Because what I love is one of the greatest contributions I can bring into this world.

The vision on your heart matters. The gifts you’ve been given matters. When you fully stand in your purpose, your presence becomes medicine.

You don’t just change your own life. You touch your family. Your community. Generations to come. This is where your leadership comes alive. This is where your light shine’s brightest. This is where you become the bridge you were created to be.

This is exactly why I created Fiercely Fulfilled.❤️
