✨ Grateful beyond words to have advanced to Round 2 of 3. 💙

This round felt very different.

I honestly considered not participating at all.

Between overtime at work, multiple projects, and traveling to Mexico City for a wedding… I did not feel fully prepared. But something inside me reminded me of a lesson I learned years ago as a gymnast:

Growth does not wait for “perfect timing.”

As a gymnast, I missed countless events, gatherings, and celebrations because I was training, competing, and chasing a dream. And this week felt very similar.

While everyone was out enjoying a full day of wedding activities, I stepped away to continue learning, growing, and pushing myself as a speaker.

And I am so glad I did.

Not only did I advance… but I was deeply inspired by the incredible speeches and stories shared by others. Every single time I choose to step out of my comfort zone, I grow into a stronger version of myself.

Sometimes the choice between comfort and growth is not easy.
But every time we choose growth… life opens in ways we could not have imagined.

And now…

Two weeks ago, I said yes to something that terrified me.

I was invited to speak live on Facebook for the Million Women Rising Wisdom Exchange…
and the thought of going live for 30 minutes felt overwhelming.

The “old me” would have said no.
(In fact… I almost did.)

But then I remembered:
growth only happens when we face our fears.

So I showed up.
Not ready.
Not perfect.
And very nervous…

But willing.

Because this is bigger than me.

This is about helping others rise beyond adversity…
and showing that it is never too late to start again.

And, if my voice can help even one person find theirs…
then every moment of fear is worth it.

✨ **TODAY, I MADE A DECISION.** ✨

Not when everything feels perfect.
Not when my body is 100% ready.
Not when I have all answers.

I said YES—
to something bigger than comfort…
to something that honestly feels a little scary…
and deeply aligned at the same time.

💥 This afternoon marks my first step back into serious training.
Not fully cleared. Not fully “there.”

But I’ve learned something over the years:
**your mind leads… your body follows.**

🏃‍♀️ Florida Masters Track & Field State Championships – June 6
🌎 Masters National Championships – July 16th-19th.

A goal that lights me up.
A goal that requires me to step up—starting now.

And then… life opened another door. ✈️

An international speaking opportunity in Australia this June!!

From a speaking competition…
to now stepping onto a global stage and deliver my keynote (in a room that fosters growth, with some of the best in the field):

🎤 “The Art of Flying: It’s Never Too Late—It’s Just Gravity.”

I’ll be honest… I hesitated.

Felipe and I have been pouring everything into the gym and the academy.
Time, energy, heart… all in.

But opportunities like this?
They don’t show up by accident.

And then… Felipe gave me something for my birthday I will never forget:

In that moment, I knew—
no more waiting.
no more overthinking.
