Currently 6.5 months into my second postpartum journey. I should have known better than to assume just because I have been through this before doesn’t mean I’d have the same experience. It has been… hard 😆

I was recently talking with a good friend who is also going through her own PP journey. TWO things can be true at once. We are extremely grateful and blessed to have these babies AND we recognize this s**t is hard LOL

I *try* to practice what I preach during this season of my life. Some days a successful day for me is brushing my teeth and drinking enough water 😂

Moms are badass. I see you I hear you 🤍

Last week Reiki by Robyn sent me home with a spider plant 🪴 I really did have a planter and soil for it and didn’t throw it out the window on my way home 😇💚 I often wonder if people truly understand how meaningful the things they say and share with me are. I’m forever grateful for the people that I have the privilege of meeting on this journey of life 🥰
