Proud to partner with the Ontario County, NY Office for the Aging at their 1st Annual Caregiver Conference! 💙

I’m so thankful for this partnership, which helps make ConnectCare MD’s physician-led advocacy available to caregivers for Ontario County residents aged 60 and over.

Medical appointments can be confusing and stressful. Having someone there to listen, ask questions, explain what’s happening and help families understand what comes next can make a big difference.

It was wonderful to meet so many people who are working to support older adults and caregivers in our community. Thank you, Ontario County Office for the Aging, for inviting me to be part of this important day!
