🚛 Another exciting milestone for the We Make @ Bettaway team!

We’re proud to announce an expanded role where our team is putting both hard and soft skills into action by checking in and coordinating over 100 inbound trucks every day, directing each to its assigned bay door.

From communication and problem-solving to data entry and Excel, our team continues to prove that meaningful employment is built on real responsibility, real opportunity and real impact.

Every new role is another step forward on the journey from learning to earning. 💙
