At ProHealth Medical Clinics:
We offer medical care services ranging from the diagnosis of a common cold to the treatment of depression and high cholesterol. Other services, such as diabetes management, prescription weight loss program, women’s health, and simple procedures are offered. Employment, DOT and school physicals, DNA paternity testing, and vaccines are available. Since we opened our doors in December 2010, we boast our low-price office visits and same-day appointments. Walk-ins welcome! We have currently 3 locations- Pensacola, Gulf Breeze, and Ft Walton Beach.

Did you know that without a sports physical and EKG completed you will not be able to participate, practice, or try out for high school sports in Florida? Under Florida High School Athletic Association (FHSAA) rules, coaches and athletic trainers must pull you from the field immediately until complete clearance paperwork is turned in.

Schools do not accept a "I will bring it tomorrow" verbal promise. The physical form must already be processed in the athletic clearance system or handed to the athletic trainer.

Don't get sent home on the first day of practice. ProHealth offers a $85 sports physical and EKG bundle. No insurance required.
