Want a simple corrective to help improve your (or your client’s) push-up technique? 💪 Try this.

It definitely helped Tucker Massey improve his technique!

A small adjustment can make a big difference in shoulder position, trunk control, and overall movement quality. Sometimes it’s not about getting stronger—it’s about moving better first.

Give it a try and let me know if you notice the difference. 👇

POV: You describe your job like it’s illegal… 😅

As physical therapists and athletic trainers, our day sounds way more suspicious than it actually is.

✔️ Ask complete strangers deeply personal questions.
✔️ Make them move in weird and uncomfortable ways.
✔️ Poke, prod, and test everything.
✔️ Sometimes stick needles in them.
✔️ Then convince them to come back next week.

Thankfully… it’s all to help people move better, feel better, and get back to doing what they love. 😂

What’s the weirdest way you could describe your job? Drop it in the comments. 👇

Getting into your 40s? Your body is probably asking for something it didn’t need at 25… mobility. 👀

It’s not that you’re “getting old.” It’s that years of sitting, training, working, and life start to add up.

If you’re noticing:
✅ You feel stiffer in the morning
✅ Squatting feels tighter
✅ Your back or hips ache after workouts
✅ You need longer to warm up

…it’s probably time to make stretching and mobility part of your routine—not just something you do when you’re already hurting.

You don’t have to spend an hour stretching every day. Even 5–10 minutes of consistent mobility work can help you move better, recover faster, and keep doing the activities you love.

Your 40s don’t have to feel old.
They just require a different game plan. 💪

👇 What’s the first thing that feels tight these days? Hips, hamstrings, shoulders, or back?
