My name is Sara Evans, DNP, APRN, FNP-C and I am the proud Owner & Nurse Practitioner of WITHIN Women's Wellness Clinic. I am a Doctor of Nursing Practice prepared Board Certified Family Nurse Practioner. Bringing my experience in both Family Practice and Women's Health I want to provide the quality Primary Preventative Care that you have been missing. I am the proud wife of a Retired USAF Chief Master Sergeant, Mother of four, and a proud Grandma of two little girls. I also am a proud member of the Pensacola community, you have likely seen me in the community volunteering with a local non-profit.

Refill needed?
Call your pharmacy & they will direct a refill request to us as needed. Often, patients play phone tag to find out they had refills available waiting for them to activate.

When the pharmacy requests an alternate prescription or need a prior authorization they usually just reach out.

Refill requests for compounds can be done via the patient chart via “Questionnaire” and selecting “Compound Refill Request”. This ensures your request is tied to your patient chart.
