We pray that everyone is safe and that your homes and families have been spared any significant damage from the storm. ❤️

Unfortunately, our building remains without power, and **our office will be closed tomorrow, Monday, October 12th.**

Once power has been restored and we are able to resume operations, our staff will begin contacting patients to reschedule affected appointments.

**Grace Care Medical is looking for an experienced Medical Assistant to join our team!**

We are a busy, growing primary care practice serving **both adult and pediatric patients**. We are looking for someone dependable, organized, adaptable, and comfortable working in a **fast-paced environment**.

**Position Requirements:**
• Minimum **2 years of Medical Assistant experience**
• Experience working with **both adult and pediatric patients**
• Ability to efficiently manage a daily patient load of approximately **12–15 patients**
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Comfortable with a changing workflow and able to adjust priorities throughout the day
• Dependable, professional, and team-oriented

**Experience with the following is strongly preferred:**
• Athenahealth/Athena EMR
• Pediatric and adult vaccines/immunizations
• Prior authorizations
• Referrals
• Medication and prescription workflows
• Injections and routine clinical procedures
• Patient triage and communication

**Schedule:** Full-Time, Monday–Friday

We are looking for someone who can **keep up with a busy patient schedule while still providing excellent, compassionate patient care.** The ideal candidate takes initiative, communicates well, and is willing to grow and adapt with the practice.
