🌊☀️ Hi, I’m Sierra! I was born in Pensacola, raised in Maryland, Marine veteran, dancer at heart, and now a yoga teacher. Yoga and my daughter saved my life, and now I’m here to share that same healing with you. 💛🧘🏻♀️
👇 Here’s a little about my journey and what you can expect in my classes:
✨ Hi friends, I’m Sierra! ✨
I was born right here in Pensacola, raised in Maryland, and my path has been anything but ordinary. Dance was my first love it gave me expression, discipline, and joy. Later, I chose to serve in the Marine Corps as a 6483 Avionics Technician. My grandpa was a Vietnam pilot with the Army, and my grandma served as Aircrew in the Navy, so service has always been close to my heart. Leading Marines taught me so much about resilience, compassion, and the importance of mental and emotional well-being.
Life has tested me in ways I never imagined, especially with the loss of my husband, Jason, in 2023. In my darkest season, yoga and my daughter truly saved my life. I showed up on my mat every day through the tears, the anger, the heaviness and slowly I began to find healing, breath by breath.
That’s why I became a yoga teacher. My mission is to share the same lifeline yoga gave me, especially with military, veterans, and first responders who carry so much on their shoulders.
🌿 What to expect in my classes:
– Slow, accessible flows, perfect for a gentle stretch and emotional reset.
– A safe, nurturing space where you can show up exactly as you are.
– Optional hands-on assists to support your practice.
My dream is to someday open a studio here in Gulf Breeze or Pensacola Beach a space where you can leave your worries in the parking lot and step into peace.
I’d love to practice with you soon. 🧘🏻♀️🤍
