Proud to be apart of this amazing conference ✨

It's that time!! Several of our program leaders from the NAMI Emerald Coast team are heading to Atlanta, GA for NAMICon, the national conference for National Alliance on Mental Illness. For the next 4 days, our program leaders will have the opportunity to engage in thought-provoking discussions, discover new approaches to mental wellness, and explore ways to turn your passion for mental health advocacy into meaningful action. Some days you need reminded of this. 💜🩵

Not because you forgot who you are but because life gets loud. Hard seasons happen. Grief happens. Stress happens. People disappoint us. We disappoint ourselves.

But none of that changes your worth.
