The SAFE program through the Santa Rosa County Sheriff's Office FL is a voluntary registry designed to improve communication between first responders and individuals with disabilities

ECEF is honored to partner with Santa Rosa County Sheriff's Office FL and Santa Rosa County Emergency Management in the creation of the SAFE program.
