Many of you expected to be picking up your first boxes of meals this month. We did too.

Over the last several weeks, we’ve encountered unexpected permitting challenges that required some major pivots to our buildout plans, resulting in roughly a five-week setback. While the delays have been outside of our control, that doesn’t make them any less disappointing.

To our Founding Members: we feel your frustration and disappointment to our core. You’ve trusted us, supported us, and believed in what we’re building. We don’t take that lightly. (Please check your email 📧)

Behind the scenes, we’re doing everything we can to keep moving forward. We’re working closely with the City of Peoria, hiring third-party inspectors whenever possible to help keep the process moving, and our corporate team and general contractor have been absolutely incredible in helping us navigate every challenge that’s come our way.

The good news? Progress is happening. Walls are going up. The vision is becoming reality. Every week gets us one step closer to opening our doors and serving this amazing community.

Thank you for your patience, your encouragement, and your belief in us. We know the wait has been longer than anyone expected, but we promise it will be worth it.
