What Types of Treatment Do We Use at Momentum Medical Massage Therapy?
Every treatment session is individualized. We do not use the same technique or equipment for every client or at every appointment.
Our clinical approach may include:
Clinical Assessment
We evaluate movement, posture, range of motion, soft-tissue restriction, functional limitations, and your reported discomfort before selecting treatment techniques.
Manual Therapy
Hands-on treatment may include myofascial release, soft-tissue mobilization, neuromuscular techniques, trigger-point therapy, therapeutic compression, assisted stretching, range-of-motion work, and relaxation-focused cranial techniques.
Technology-Assisted Therapeutic Modalities
When appropriate, we may incorporate supportive technologies such as pneumatic air compression, red or near-infrared photobiomodulation, therapeutic light or laser applications, radiofrequency-based thermal therapy, heat or cold therapy, vacuum cupping, instrument-assisted soft-tissue mobilization, and therapeutic vibration.
These modalities are selected to complement hands-on treatment. They are not automatically used during every session, and one modality is not necessarily better than another.
Your therapist chooses the treatment approach based on your current presentation, health history, precautions, comfort, goals, and response during the appointment.
Our process is simple:
Assessment → Manual Therapy → Technology-Assisted Support → Recovery Guidance
