One of the most overlooked parts of healing is learning when the body is asking for recovery not more punishment.

Many people are conditioned to push through pain.

But the body keeps the score.

Medical massage therapy can support pain relief, mobility, circulation, and nervous system recovery but lasting progress also depends on how the body is treated between sessions.
