Hi! My name is Carrie. 🤍 My journey into health and wellness came from burnout, hormone struggles, chronic stress, and learning how to rebuild myself from the inside out. Over the past 2 years I’ve lost over 60 pounds and discovered that real transformation is about so much more than just weight loss. it’s about healing your mindset, supporting your body, and learning to trust yourself again. I’m still in the thick of it too, still growing, learning, balancing life, and working toward bigger goals every day, which is exactly why I created this app: to give women a realistic, empowering space to become stronger physically and mentally without shame or extremes. Strong & Unfiltered is more than workouts and meal plans, it’s a community built on honesty, resilience, confidence, and becoming the strongest version of yourself unapologetically.
