Loved being at a doctor's office today and sharing my talk with the staff on the importance of doing what we can to reduce stress in our lives. I explained (and we even practiced) some very simple yet effective strategies to manage stress and overwhelm in our lives.
Even taking your stress level down a couple notches can make a huge difference in how you feel! And everyone walked out feeling a bit less stressed for the second half of their work day!
Stress management is key to living a healthy life, so I always love when I can help people take small steps to lighten their load, feel calmer, and experience more energy!
