If you deal with headaches, random anxiety, skin flushing, sinus issues, heart palpitations, or feel bloated after eating, histamine could be the reason.

Most people think histamine is just a food problem.

It’s not.

Histamine intolerance is usually a gut issue, liver issue, and nervous system issue. When the body can’t break histamine down properly, symptoms start to show up in ways that don’t seem connected.

This is why antihistamines and low histamine diets only help temporarily. You don’t just manage histamine, you have to fix why your body can’t clear it.
