I combine a variety of modalities—including therapeutic, trigger point, Swedish, reflexology, cupping, hot stone, and gua sha—to help reduce pain, restore balance, and promote relaxation. I truly enjoy learning and regularly take continuing education courses to expand my skills and stay current in the field. Outside of work, I love to read, spend time with my husband, our four kids, and two dogs, and stay active in the Vistancia community where we’ve lived since 2017. Originally from Bowling Green, Kentucky, I bring both professionalism and a down-to-earth, caring approach to every session.

I loved this book and learning about how sound, words, even intentions affected water microscopically. Water exposed to positive words, classical music, even a positive word taped to the water’s container created beautiful symmetrical patterns under the microscope. Imagine the impact words, sounds, and intentions have on the human body since we are made up of a high percentage of water. Any guesses as to which two words had the most profound affects?
