Decorating 🎄
Try to plan ahead so you are able to decorate in short periods of time over a couple of days instead of all at once! Try to get help with decorating especially when ladders are involved! Avoid reaching away from your body (past a comfortable limit) and twisting your back and neck. If you need to reach a high place to decorate, please make sure you go slow and have a sturdy step stool or ladder!
